1. Scope of the service

kindrale.com coordinates matching of users with psychologists and supports scheduling of consultations. We do not provide psychological diagnosis, medical treatment, or psychotherapy ourselves.

Any consultation content, clinical recommendations, or therapeutic actions are provided by the individual psychologist directly, under their own professional responsibility and terms.

2. Before agreement: consumer information (Ukraine)

For distance/online services, we provide key information before you enter into an agreement, including identification of the provider and essential service terms, in accordance with Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів".

3. Electronic transactions (Ukraine)

Our online arrangements are structured as electronic transactions. Consumer-facing information is provided in accordance with Закон України "Про електронну комерцію".

4. Personal data and health data

If the matching or consultation scheduling flow collects personal data, including health-related data, we process such data only with a lawful basis. Processing of health-data requires explicit consent or another specific lawful exception, in accordance with Закон України "Про захист персональних даних".

By using the service, you acknowledge that certain information you provide may be used to arrange the matching and schedule consultations, and you agree to the applicable privacy practices.

5. User responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when creating a request or booking.
• Use the service only for lawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to impersonate others or interfere with the service.
• Respect the psychologist’s professional boundaries and follow the psychologist’s instructions during/after consultation.

6. Disclaimers

The service is an administrative platform for matching and scheduling. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from consultations and do not control the clinical decisions of psychologists.

If you have an urgent medical or psychological emergency, contact emergency services or local medical providers immediately.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kindrale.com and its owners, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, or from any consultation outcomes provided by psychologists.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to harass, threaten, or harm others.
• Disclose or upload unlawful content.
• Access the service in a way that disrupts, overloads, or bypasses technical safeguards.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our service, legal requirements, or other operational needs. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
